In the afternoon I mingled with the elderly in a 32 degree swimmingpool and 

a couple of hours later I was entertained at a fashionable upper-class event...

I was a little tired afterwards but is was fun!

I drank coffee today with someone I know through work, her husband, same friends...

Same issues, pains, fears...

So we thought that a low carb diet would do the trick.

Tuesday we ate a salad for lunch...

In the evening we didn't know how a dinner looked like without carbs...

So we decided to do it in our own way.

How nice to put some positive news on my blog!

The scan was good!

The one tumor that was still growing was not growing now (maybe even a little bit reduced...) 

So together with the bulge in my lymphen it stayed steady!

Steady is good!

Steady gives me energy to work on my fysical condition!

What means steady for the next period....

I will take my "Ola Ola" Olaparib pills every day

And I will have a new scan in 6 weeks

Come on baby, light my fire ♫♫
