Counting sheep.....

The "old" Theetuin crew came together...

Yesterday an early easter lunch in the Theetuin at Dirk-Jan and Jacqueline's house.

We went to the beach with Esther and the children. 

The kids played in the dunes and we sat in the sun! It was a mini holiday! 

Late afternoon I had my scan. Kikki and her friend went with me. That made it a little fun. 

There was a huge blow up intestine in the hospital. You could walk right through it. 

A sunny day at the park...

Spent some time in the park with a friend and the dogs! Wow, such nice weather!

I can leave my hat off!

Tomorrow afternoon I will have the scan. But then I have to wait for a week until I get the results. 

2nd of april I will know more. Don't call me... I call you.

It's raining...

But Ruud gets the sun in....

He's making an orange polenta cake, yummy!

So friends :-) cast away the "sunday with rain blues" and put on your you red shoes (New Balance?) 

Not that skinny....

At my physiotherapiste.... she cleans my lymphatic system through massage.

Good for cleaning, purifying and drainage of the lymphen.... but the massage is also very nice!

I'm doing fine. I take my pills every day. 

Januari and februari were terrible months for me and Ruud!! 

Everything added up! Not getting my chemo, feeling that the one tumor was groing etc.

But now it's quiet... 23 march new scan...

2nd Olaparib therapy

Got my new supply of pills today for the next 28 days.

Till up now I had to go once or twice a week to the hospital for check-ups.....

but for now only once per month!!!

That means less bloodtests, less needle punctures, less peeing in jars, less regular check-ups, 

less explaining how I feel, less driving back and forth, less waiting...

Started physiotherapy today!

My therapist began with a nice long massage...

Not enough to leave my hat off, but...

I have some hair on my head, got my eyebrows back and already some short eyelashes!

A little present!

Now my physical condition... physiotherapie, cycling etc...

Nice to be away with friends who enjoy the same things as we....

We even saw a group of dolphins hunting and jumping along the coastline! I had to wipe away a little tear...
